    Via:Staten Island; Lincoln/Holland; George Washington / Henry Hudson
    Or Rockland County via Tappan Zee

    Via Staten Island : Take Verrazano Bridge into Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-278). Exit onto the Prospect Expressway (NY 27) and take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway.Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald. The store will be on your right, just before the playground situated at the following corner, Avenue F. Free on-street parking is easy to find on both Avenue F and surrounding side streets.

    Via George Washington or Henry Hudson Bridges: Take the Henry Hudson Parkway south, and continue on West Street to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Take tunnel straight into the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Gowanus Viaduct to Prospect Expressway (NY 27) exit, which will be from the left lane as the viaduct descends. Take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway. Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald. The store will be on your right, just before the playground situated at the following corner, Avenue F. Free on-street parking is easy to find on both Avenue F and surrounding side streets.

    For alternate route from George Washington through the Bronx via Major Deegan Expressway and Triboro Bridge, follow directions below from Triboro.


    From Tappan Zee Bridge/New York State Thruway (I-90/I-87): Take Thruway south into the Major Deegan Expressway to Triboro Bridge, follow directions below from Triboro.


    Via Manhattan, or from the Lincoln/Holland tunnels :

    (Two alternate routes from Manhattan to Brooklyn suggested)

    Take the Brooklyn Bridge into Brooklyn (No toll). Stay in right lane and get off first exit to the right. Stay to the right lane on exit and take into Cadman Plaza. Cadman Plaza curves sharply to the left. Stay on it and get into left lane. You will turn left onto the Brooklyn Queens (BQE) Expressway (I-278) as soon as Cadman goes under the overpass. Take the BQE over the Gowanus viaduct to the Prospect Expressway (NY 27), whose exit will be on the left as the viaduct descends. Take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway. Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald. The store will be on your right, just before the playground situated at the following corner, Avenue F. Free on-street parking is easy to find on both Avenue F and surrounding side streets.

    Or take the more direct Brooklyn Battery Tunnel (Toll) straight into the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Gowanus Viaduct to Prospect Expressway (NY 27) exit, which will be from the left lane as the viaduct descends.     Take Triboro Bridge into Queens. Stay to the right and exit onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-278). Take into Brooklyn, following signs for the Verrazano Bridge. Take the Prospect Expressway exit (NY 27) from the left lane. Take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway. Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald.     Directions From East Bronx, Westchester & Connecticut

    Via Throgs Neck Bridge into Queens: Bridge goes into Clearview Expressway. Take this to the Long Island Expwy (I-495) Westbound (signs point towards Midtown Tunnel). Follow LIE directions from there.

    Via Whitestone Bridge into Queens: Veer to the right, into Whitestone Expressway. Then keep to the left and take Van Wyck Expressway (I-678) South to the Long Island Expwy (I-495) Westbound (Towards Midtown Tunnel). Follow LIE directions from there.

    Directions from Queens & Long Island

    From Northern Queens or Long Island Take Long Island Expressway (LIE I-495) west to the BQE (I-278) towards Brooklyn, following signs for the Verrazano Bridge. Take the Prospect Expressway (NY 27) exit from the left lane coming off the Gowanus viaduct. Take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway. Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald. The store will be on your right, just before the playground situated at the following corner, Avenue F. Free on-street parking is easy to find on both Avenue F and surrounding side streets.

    From Southern Queens. Take the Belt Parkway west to Ocean Parkway exit 7 North. Turn right onto Ocean Parkway from the Belt service road, stay on it about 3 miles and turn left onto 18th Avenue. Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald. The store will be on your right, just before the playground situated at the following corner, Avenue F. Free on-street parking is easy to find on both Avenue F and surrounding side streets.

    From Southern Long Island. Take either the Southern State Parkway, or Sunrise Highway into the westbound Belt Parkway and follow above directions.

    Via Ocean Pkwy southbound: Turn right onto 18th Avenue. Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald.     From Jackie Robinson Pkwy: Take Pennsylvania Ave. to Linden Blvd. Turn right & take Linden westbound into Caton Avenue & follow Caton directions to store.

    Via Linden Blvd: Take westbound into Caton Avenue & follow Caton directions to store.

    Via Belt Pkwy: Take westbound to Ocean Parkway north (Exit 7) & follow Ocean Pkwy directions to store.


    From Northern Brooklyn .

    Via Bklyn Queens Expwy (I-278) Southbound:Take into the Prospect Expressway (NY 27). Take the Prospect all the way into Ocean Parkway. Turn right on 18th Avenue (the 6th traffic light after the Prospect ends). Take 18th Avenue to McDonald Avenue (The street with the elevated train). Turn right onto McDonald.     Via Bedford Ave. southbound: Turn right and take Linden Blvd., into Caton Avenue. Follow Caton directions to store.

    Subway Directions

    Take the "F" line to 18th Avenue. Exit from the 18th Avenue end and walk north on McDonald Avenue (The street over which the train runs) towards Avenue F. The store will be on the right just before the playground at the Avenue F corner.

    Or take the "N" line to 18th Avenue. Exit from the 18th Avenue end and transfer to the B8 bus heading east (in the direction of descending street numbers) towards McDonald Avenue (The street over which the train runs). Turn left on McDonald walking towards Avenue F. The store will be on the right just before the playground at the Avenue F corner.


    Bus Directions

    Take the B8 to 18th Avenue & McDonald and walk north up McDonald towards Avenue F. The store will be on the right just before the playground at the Avenue F corner.

    Or take the B11 (49th/50th St.) to 18th Avenue and walk east towards McDonald (Follow the descending street numbers - McDonald follows 45th Street).
