This 80W color-tunable point source fixture is equipped with a color engine based on the pioneering BLAIR chipset, a Mini ProLock locking Bowens mount, and a streamlined profile. The STORM 80c is a multifunctional fixture, perfectly suited for a diverse range of professional imaging tasks, be it high-end film projects or mini-crew video and photo shoots.
Outstanding Brightness and Color Fidelity
The STORM 80c, equipped with the advanced BLAIR-CG chipset, provides outstanding brightness and color fidelity. The incorporation of Cyan and Green diodes enables the STORM 80c to achieve over 90 percent coverage of the Rec.2020 color gamut, thereby offering users a significantly broader spectrum of vibrant colors compared to the previous BLAIR chipset. This model delivers an impressive 19,850 lux at a distance of 1 meter with a color temperature of 5600K, utilizing its hyper-reflector, while achieving an SSI (P3200) of 88 and an SSI (CIE D5600) of 84 at 3200K and 5600K, respectively. Furthermore, the addition of an indigo diode in this chipset enhances the representation of fluorescing materials, resulting in images that more accurately reflect natural daylight and tungsten lighting.
