Athlon Optics Ares ETR 4.5-30x56mm Riflescope (APLR2 FFP IR MOA Reticle)
The precisely designed Athlon Optics Ares ETR 4.5-30x56mm Riflescope is ready for long-range shooting. This model from the Ares ETR series features a completely revamped turret system that comes with a locking windage turret and a true zero stop on the elevation turret for precise adjustments. The Ares ETR riflescope comes with a magnification range of 4.5-30x in a 56mm objective lens. It also comes with an improved the parallax adjustment from 25 yards to infinity. The optics comprise of Extra Low Dispersion (ED) glass elements that significantly reduces chromatic aberration to produce bright and sharp image with true color reproduction. Advanced fully multicoated optics increases light transmission for brighter images even low-lit situations. The riflescope comes with APLR2 IR lluminated reticle with MOA-based subtensions placed in the first focal plane.
Optical Construction
At the heart of the Ares ETR 4.5-30x56mm Riflescope is the Extra Low Dispersion glass elements that are multicoated with high light-transmission coating to produce bright, high-contrast images with life-like colors. Anthon’s exclusive XPL coating on the lens surface protects the exterior from dirt, oil and scratches.
APLR2 IR MOA Reticle
The APLR2 IR reticle is placed at the first focal plane and offers quick target engagement at low power as well as precise holdover positions with finer details. This reticle is glass etched to provide high durability and shock resistance to recoil. It is illuminated to provide greater visibility in low light environments.
Precise Controls
The scope’s precision zero stop system allows you to lock down your zero position and dial back to it with a sharp and precise stop right at your zero mark. The locking windage turret prevents the windage knob from being turned accidentally and keeps your zero all the time. The riflescope features a high-precision CNC-machined erector system with +/-0.0001mm tolerance level to provide accurate power settings and smooth magnification changes.
