Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

I generally prefer the IR version of this camera, but there are situations when NO visible illumination has advantages, even thought the night range is a bit shorter. In My experience ( 40+ different cameras in 10 yrs ) this camera is My first choice for beginners, as it is SIMPLE to set up / operate and gives consistent above average results. Battery life is good, and it only takes 6 AA. I do strongly recommend using lithium however. This unit is one of the smallest size trail cams available which has many advantages, and it weathers well over time in adverse conditions. I choose this camera, (or it's IR cousin) for units that I loan out to Wildlife outposts,.... ppl who have never used a trail cam, and would like to learn / try out. We use units for video only. The "Smart IR" feature lets the camera continue shooting as long as there is action in front of the lens. This is a very useful feature, and allows Us to shoot 10 sec. clips that will be extended as long as there is action. Anyway, those are the highlight as I see them. For the price, this cam is also a great value inho ! Ps. Our organization is " Know Your Humboldt Wildlife neighbors" and further video can be seen on Facebook under the name of Ron Dean.
