The Hollyland Pyro S Wireless Video Transmitter (Pyro S TX) works as a transmitter for the Pyro S wireless video transmission system. It makes use of the Wi-Fi broadcast technology to transmit up to four receivers when need arises for multiple monitoring options on a set.
Modes
The transmitter features broadcast mode which transmits signals up to four receivers when it is turned on. When deactivated, it transmits signals to two receivers at the most and two mobile devices. Monitoring app connections may show change in transmission range.
Range of Transmission
Featuring the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Dual-Band technology, Pyro S delivers a seamless transmission of up to 1300 feet (400 m). It has a latency of 50ms that is quite minimal for the range served, due to video encoding and decoding algorithms.
