Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don’t know if the tubes are a gimmick, but it sounds great. I submitted A review a couple of days ago and I don’t know if it was accepted or not so I’ll try again. I do now have a couple of extra days to be putting it through its paces and I will say that it does sound very good considering it was $100. I initially used it with my Bluetooth phone and it sounded very good, but I did have the right USB cable to plug into my iPad and I will have to say that it has sounded amazing for every genre that I’ve played music from. For a device that only has about 12 inches of separation between the tweeters separation is surprisingly good. Perhaps the most interesting thing I find about it is the sound is not muddled and you can distinctly hear vocals and any instruments playing. I turned the volume up as high as it could go, and it did not distort and I’m sure I made my neighbors mad. I do believe there is a difference in sound quality when using direct USB connection versus Bluetooth. This could be in my head as I know that there is some degradation when using Bluetooth, but I do feel like it sounded a bit warmer and better. Highly recommended particularly if you can get it well under $100.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds great and gets loud! Looks like $200 or more! I took a risk and got three of these hoping the Black Friday price would make them amazing gifts for my audiophile family members. I’m pleased to say the vacuum tube speakers sound great and crisp, if a bit boomy. Maybe a few hours will soften the bass that comes from the single woofer. The two tweeters are crisp sounding and I’m sure if I added some equalization, I could get some mids and voice to be a bit more pronounced. There is no remote, so you initially control the speaker from the touch-sensitive buttons. Push the volume on the unit to max volume and then step away and control the rest from your Bluetooth enabled device. I stress the volume part because it will feel like the volume is only middling. Maxing the volume from the unit will allow this thing to fill a large room with very high quality sound. I truly have no idea if the vacuum tubes make a difference from traditional boxes, but I do think the sound is crisp, warm, and has decent separation even though the left and right tweeters are but a foot apart. If you have an older turntable, this has a phono jack to make perfect to get your album collection humming again, but be warned, no way to adjust equalization this way. The possible downsides are that it looks like the speaker was produced back in 2021 and only Bluetooth 5.0 is on here. I could always step about 20 feet away from the speaker before the sound would break up on my Bluetooth connected phone. The other odd thing is that you can connect to a computer using what I call a printer cable. I have no idea why they chose that port type. If you can get this unit for under $80, then I say that it is a great deal because the sound is very good. It has some weight to it so it won’t slide around when you’re playing it loud and I’ve not been able to play any music that distorts the sound when it’s on full volume. I’m very happy with what came out of the box.
