AV Matrix MSS1611-S 16x16 3G-SDI Seamless Matrix Switcher
Perfect solution for large broadcast projects, the AV Matrix MSS1611-S features 16 inputs and 16 outputs with redundant power connections. This compact SDI routing switcher has a machined metal front panel with 2.2-inch LCD for routing label display for easy controlling. Routing can be achieved with direct button selection and the spin knob controller. The 3G-SDI seamless matrix switcher supports standard 3G, HD, and SD SDI signals with automatic bypass of non-standard rates between 270 Mbit/s and 3 Gbit/s. Its built-in frame synchronizer supports simultaneous signal inputs of different resolution frame rates.
Up and Down Scaling
The MSS1611-S Switcher can work with multiple format signal inputs in different resolutions and frame rates. You can upscale or downscale the output signal format as per your requirement.
Seamless Switching
The unit’s built-in frame synchronizer accepts simultaneous input of signals of different resolution frame rates. Plus, signal switching is clean without the need for external REF synchronization.
Controls Methods
The Matrix Switcher comes with a front control panel featuring dedicated buttons, menu knob and 2.2-inch LCD screen for easy operation. Use free PC software via Ethernet to control the switcher on a Windows PC conveniently.
Compact Design and Redundant Power
Dual redundant power supplies ensure that the AV Matrix MSS1611-S Matrix Switcher works fine even when the main power supply encounter problems. Its super-compact 1RU design makes it a perfect fit for any live broadcast or post production, such as OB vans, broadcast control rooms and studios.
