Nikon Z50 II Mirrorless Camera with CMOS Image Sensor, 4K Video, and Lightweight Design (Black)
Create Your Magic, Anywhere
With 31 preset color profiles that are all accessible at the touch of a button, you can choose your style. The guesswork involved in determining the ideal exposure and focus is eliminated by intelligent automatic modes. Even in low light, portraits, landscapes, and other subjects can benefit from deeper colors, reduced noise, and enhanced detail. Use the free Nikon SnapBridge software to quickly send images and videos to your smart device. It is small enough to put in a small bag and is lightweight.
Quality that is Self-Assured
With a superior 20.9-megapixel DX-format (APS-C) sensor that is several times larger than that of a standard smartphone, you can capture stunning details and lifelike colors from sunrise to sunset. Select from 31 pre-made presets that are intended to enhance the visual appeal of your images and videos by simply pressing the Picture Control button. Make your own Picture Control presets and store them, or use Nikon Imaging Cloud to download custom Cloud Picture Controls straight to your Z50II. As you shoot, experiment with the results in real time to unleash a plethora of creative possibilities. Learn about simple features like Portrait Impression Balance, Skin Softening, and face plus eye-detection autofocus for both humans and animals. Authentic, gorgeously blurred backdrops are also included. Thanks to advanced noise reduction and an ultra-high maximum ISO sensitivity of 51200, you can still experience stunning detail and crisp results after dark. Take stunningly balanced pictures both indoors and outdoors. For slow-shutter flash portraits that look natural, use Night Portrait mode.
Capture without Missing a Beat
With pro-level features like Pre-Release Capture and strong multi-subject detection autofocus with 3D tracking, you can shoot sequences of up to 30 images per second. All because of Nikon's most potent processing unit to date. The Z50II is capable of automatically detecting and precisely tracking nine different subjects, including people, dogs, cats, birds, and cars. Additionally, there are dedicated airplane and bird modes for even higher autofocus accuracy.
Operate Like a Pro
With the Z50 II camera, you may operate with ease and enjoyment. Auto Mode chooses the optimal settings by automatically analyzing your scene. You can pick from 16 distinct modes in Scene Mode, all of which are intended to help you capture beautiful images of a variety of themes, such as food, pets, nighttime landscapes, and portraits. With the electronic viewfinder, take in images and videos in a vivid, immersive manner. The low-profile eyepiece will not catch on a handbag or bag. The multipurpose touchscreen makes it simple to frame images, films, and selfies from any perspective. Touch to zoom in on images, change brightness, and focus. For easy access, assign your preferred shooting functions to the Fn1 and Fn2 buttons. When shooting close-ups, night settings, and self-portraits, the wired MC-DC3 Remote Release Cord (separately available) connects straight to the Z50II's headphone or remote port for shake-free long exposures. With the free SnapBridge app, you can wirelessly transfer pictures and brief videos to your compatible phone or tablet and utilize your smart device as a wireless remote release with live view.
Cinematic Video Quality
Take videos with ease thanks to features like in-camera slow-motion, sophisticated autofocus, fluid handheld footage, and adjustable color grading. Use 4K and 60p, 4K UHD and 30p, and 120p slow-motion in Full HD to get the most quality and detail possible. To minimize shake when shooting handheld, use optical vibration reduction or integrated electrical stabilization. Explore a variety of free professional LUTs for N-Log that were created in collaboration with Hollywood camera company RED to increase your post-production editing freedom. You may use the Z50II as a high-quality webcam for stunning live streaming or video calls by connecting it to a computer or smartphone via the USB connection that is compatible with UVC and UAC. Simply hold the product up to the camera while filming, and the Z50II will maintain crisp focus on its own. The video record button on the Z50II can be configured to initiate a countdown of two or ten seconds prior to recording.
