NiSi Swift True Color Pro Nano Coating 82mm High Definition Waterproof Circular Polarizing Filter

The NiSi Swift True Color Pro Nano Circular Polarizing Filter for 82mm True Color VND and Swift System reduces glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces and increases saturation and vibrancy in the sky and foliage while ensuring true color reproduction is at its best by eliminating the warming effect that many polarisers create. The True Color CPL removes the warm tone seen with other brands of CPL filters and provides a closer true color representation of the scene.

Functions

A Circular Polarizer Filter helps to reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light that has become polarized due to reflection from a non-metallic surface. The light from the sun naturally becomes partially polarized due to reflecting off electrons in air molecules, causing the light to scatter into what appears as haze. A polarizing filter arranges, and filters, this directionally polarized light perpendicularly to the reflected light, allowing for the absorption of much of this light. This results in a noticeable reduction of glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces and an increase in the saturation of skies, and foliage, and allows the camera to capture what is under the surface of shallow water.

Removable Control Handle

The proprietary NiSi Pro Nano Coating helps to reduce unwanted reflections and provides a waterproof and scratch-resistant layer to assist in the cleaning of unwanted fingerprints, dust, and water stains. The NiSi Swift True Color Pro Nano CPL Filter has a removable control handle for easy rotation.

Capability

The NiSi Swift System works seamlessly with the NiSi True Color 1 to 5 stop VND Variable ND filter allowing the capability to be expanded by adding extra filters simply by pressing them on the front of the NiSi True Color 1 to 5 stop VND Variable ND filter.

Compatibility

Adding the NiSi Swift True Color Pro Nano CPL Filter, the NiSi True Color 1 to 5 stop VND Variable ND filter is expanded to a 1 to 5 VND filter with CPL. Or use the NiSi Swift True Color Pro Nano CPL Filter with the optional adaptor ring (Sold separately) and attach it directory to a lens.
