    After completing the form, we'll email you at our earliest convenience once we receive your gear. For nationwide participants, this follow-up will be accompanied by a shipping label so that you can send out your old equipment.


    Feel free to also bring your gear in-person to one of our store locations and complete your upgrade in person.

    Get credit towards your purchase


    Once we've evaluated the camera or lens, we will notify you how much bonus credit your've earned toward the trade-in upgrade promotion purchase. After, you may select any camera or lens within the trade-in, trade up offer, and the credit will be added to your purchase.


    If you decide not to proceed with the trade, no worries! We send your gear right back at no cost.
