3 Legged Thing Punks Taylor 2.0 Magnesium Alloy 5-Section Monopod (Darkness)

Named after the late Foo Fighters drummer, Taylor Hawkins, the 3 Legged Thing Punks Taylor 2.0 is an incredibly capable, 5-section monopod that is as versatile as it is strong. It is available as a monopod, without the Docz foot stabilizer, and can also double as a boom arm.

Thanks to its travel-friendly compact size, Taylor 2.0 can be carried in airline cabin baggage, as well as on boats, trains, and cars. When you get to the other end, it extends to a useful 1.58 m or 62.2 inches.
Capability
Constructed from aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, Taylor 2.0 has an impressive load-to-weight capability of 44:1 thanks to its 30 kg or 66 lb payload. It weighs just 677 g or 1.49 lb.
Duality
Taylor 2.0 is incredibly versatile with dual threads at both ends. At the top, a spring-loaded combination screw thread enables the 3/8-inch-16 thread to retract below the 1/4-inch-20 thread encased within. This provides a choice of mounts. At the foot is a 3/8-inch-16 thread, with a 1/4-inch-20 adapter sleeve which enables compatibility with a variety of tripod footwear.
Detachable Boot
Taylor 2.0 has a detachable rubber boot, which can be replaced with any of 3 Legged Thing‘s foot accessories, for maximum stability on any terrain.
