The SIGMA 10-18mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary is an ultra-wide-angle zoom lens for APS-C cameras that boasts of being the lightest and smallest in its category. It measures 2.8 by 2.4 inches and is lightweight at just 9.2 ounces. Designed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras, this lens covers an effective focal range of 15-27mm (35 mm equivalent). It has a bright F2.8 aperture and sharp optics that makes it an ideal addition to your photography kit. Express yourself with enhanced image quality and premium features like bokeh and expansive backgrounds. It features a fast AF stepping motor and has minimal focus breathing. Focusing Distance and Magnification Ratio

Push-on Petal Type Hood
The lens comes with a newly developed push-on petal type hood. It does not attach with a rotating movement like the bayonet type lens hoods, rather attaches onto the lens using a spring and lever system. This contemporary design has drastically reduced the size and thickness of the hood to match the lens better.
Lightweight
This ultra-wide-angle lens can be combined with the SIGMA 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary and yet the weight of the both lenses will be only 550 grams.

Compatibility
This lens is ideal for use with L Mount. It supports electronic image stabilization function, aberration correction function, DMF, and AF+MF in camera bodies from various manufacturers. It helps achieve a decent angle-of-view even when the electronic image stabilization function crops the image. It is compatible with SIGMA USB
DOCK UD-11 (sold separately). This lens supports switching between linear and
non-linear focus ring settings on L-Mount bodies.
Precise AF
The SIGMA lens has a fast and quiet stepping motor that allows it to deliver precise AF during still shoots and videos. It is compatible with in-camera AF tracking modes.
