It is fully optimized for mirrorless systems and features super-fast, accurate autofocus performance as well as outstanding optical capabilities. With a minimum focusing distance of 50cm, photographers are able to get closer to their subjects.

The lens is built using the very latest optical technology and includes five SLD glass elements. This helps to reduce axial chromatic aberration that cannot be corrected in-camera, allowing the lens to achieve high resolution and clear image quality with no color bleeding. The high-precision glass-molded aspherical lens gives both high resolution and gorgeous bokeh to your images. Enjoy a soft, large bokeh without pigmentation, an ability only a full-frame lens can provide. The lens also uses your camera's optical correction functionality, that way it improves rendering performance while reducing the weight and size of the lens.
