Sounds perfect!
I wanted speakers that have bass, yet the neighbors don’t hear them. It just sounds clean and crisp. Movies, music award shows and singing reality shows sound so much better than the tv speakers by themselves. Thank you Sony for the quality products and service that you provide. Sony only.

Completely delighted!
I was in need of new speakers because my old bookshelves have Foam Surround rot.I didn't want the hassle of searching for new woofers because they are old so time for an upgrade. these speakers were compatible in size and specs with my old ones and are highly reviewed on the net, so I figured I'll get that much shot. I'm glad I did! they sound rich and full-bodied. I'm hearing details in my music I've never heard before! it is an excellent speaker!

Inexpensive but fantastic upgrade
These replaced my 50 year old speakers and I’m enjoying a newfound passion for my thousands of cds. I have to turn down the bass and treble knobs on my 50 year old Sherwood receiver, so I can’t relate to those who say they need a subwoofer to get a decent sound. I assume it’s a generational thing with younger folk being accustomed to the THUMP(by younger I mean under 45). I can hear the individual instruments and other sound elements distinctly like never before. I highly recommend these speakers!
