With a built-in VXD (Voiccoil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor focus mechanism, the lens provides high-speed autofocus with greater precision. The lens boasts advanced close-up shooting performance with the MOD (Minimum Object Distance) of 7.1-inch at the wide end and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:2.7.
