Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 Riflescope (EBR-2C MOA Reticle)

Vortex Optics riflescopes boast extreme durability, high mechanical precision, and superior high-definition optics. The Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 Riflescope (EBR-2C MOA Reticle) brings you exceptional resolution and color fidelity thanks to the XD (extra-low dispersion) optical glass. The 50mm objective lens is ideal for low-light conditions and features a 4x optical system to deliver excellent edge-to-edge clarity and sharpness. The Vortex Diamondback Riflescope comes with Vortex Optics' VIP Warranty.

Superior Optics

Diamondback Tactical Riflescope lenses are multi-coated with anti-reflection coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces for increased light transmission. The extra-low dispersion glass provides higher color contrast, sharper images, and superior light transmission. The glass-etched reticle was designed to provide precise aiming even in low light conditions.

EBR-2C MOA Reticle

The EBR-2C (Enhanced Battle Reticle) is constructed in the first focal plane and was designed to maximize long-distance shooting and ranging abilities for your Diamondback Tactical Riflescope. The reticle was marked using MOA based subtension lines for ranging, holdover, and windage corrections; the ultra-precision laser etching on the glass reticle is kept to the tightest tolerances possible. The Diamondback’s crosshair was carefully designed for optimum balance between precision aiming and light visibility. The EBR-2C has a max windage adjustment level and a max elevation adjustment level of 65 MOA.

Durable Build

Constructed out of aircraft-grade aluminum, this Vortex Optics Riflescope is a 30mm diameter single-piece tube designed to maximize alignment for improved accuracy and optical performance. A tough hard-coat anodized exterior helps protect your scope and camouflage your position. O-ring seals and Nitrogen gas purging create a waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof body.

Internal Mechanisms

Exposed tactical turrets give you extreme control for fast and accurate elevation and wind adjustments thanks in-part to the integrated locking mechanism that prevents accidental adjustments. The turrets Zero Reset allow you to quickly adjust your rifle scope back to zero. The Precision-Glide Erector System ensures the components of the zoom lens mechanism glide smoothly and cleanly through the entire magnification range.

Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 Riflescope (EBR-2C MOA Reticle)

Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 Riflescope (EBR-2C MOA Reticle) SKU: DBK-10028

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This scope is reliable, sturdy, and easy to use! This scope is reliable, sturdy, and easy to use! I am new to the world of guns and hunting. I bought a Savage Arms 6.5 Creedmoor and was struggling to hit my targets. I bought this scope and despite having limited knowledge I was able to dial it in myself and I can now easily hit targets up to 300 yards! I am told that I should be able to hit targets even farther out, but I have not yet had the opportunity. The fact that this scope comes with a lifetime warranty allows me to confidently carry and use my gun out in the woods because I know that if I were to accidentally damage it, I can send it in and receive a new one. That being said, these scopes are very sturdy! I confirmed this when I was unloading the trunk of my car after a camping trip, and I left my gun in its case sitting behind the car. My fiancé, having thought I had finished unloading it all, backed the car up right over my gun. The gun case was destroyed, my gun stock had begun to crack, but the scope both looked and has continued to work perfectly despite having run directly over it. I highly recommend this tactical scope!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My new Vortex Scope I think I will be happy with new Scope. Just working now on getting mounts and rings to get it out shooting. This Spring should tell me how I really like. I got the scope for shooting 500 yards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great entry level FFP scope This is a great FFP scope. I mounted it on a Savage Precision 6.5 Creedmoor. Does the job nicely holds zero and adjustments seem to be true.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice scope Very nice scope for this amount of money. The glass seems pretty clear to me, nice and bright. There aren’t very many FFP scopes at this price point. I like the reticle, it’s not overly crowded. I mounted it on high Vortex rings and it’s probably a little too high. Down the road I’ll put it on standard height rings. I can’t speak to zeroing it yet as I haven’t done it, too cold!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fits the unique requirements for an airgun scope Vortex Diamondback 6-24X50 FFP (MOA) fits the unique requirements for an airgun scope. I have this scope mounted on an Air Arms TX200 and a RWS 54 air rifle. I use theses two rifles for Field Target matches and target practices in my backyard. The Diamondback is a very good scope for my needs. I wanted to buy a more expensive model, but finding a scope that can focus down to 10 yards with this power range and FFP is hard to find. The first focal plane feature allows me to use the scope’s variable power settings at different power without affecting the sight in zero and range estimation. The parallax adjustment at 24x is precise enough to match my tape measurer within my tolerance for equipment and user’s error. This gives me the confidence to use the appropriate range zero to engage my targets accurately. The reticle is very usable for holding over and under to hit at different distances. It is detailed enough without excessive features to make it cluttered. I live and shoot in the Pacific Northwest and light conditions are typically overcasts and dark. Even with the non-illuminated reticle at 16x, I was able to clearly see my targets and the reticle. At this setting, I have an accurate aiming point even out at the maximum 55yard distance where I shoot FT matches. There is a compromise at the lowest power of 6x. The reticle at 6x is very thin, making precision aiming on small targets difficult. The optic quality is not as good as the higher tiered Vortex line like the Viper and Razor. However, for the intended use of this scope, it is more than good enough. I can only tell the difference when I have those scopes side by side under very controlled conditions. Last but not least is the fact these two scopes have survived two season of shooting thousands of rounds. After these many iterations of harsh reverse recoil from piston power airguns, they are still fully functional. Although not advertised as airgun scopes, they certainly are capable for that task. Good Job Vortex… keep supporting us shooters with great tools.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed with price and fast delivery. Received the scope very quickly at $200 less than local stores. Have mounted and shot with the scope and it seems to work well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interesting use Got my Diamondback a few years ago and put it on a Ruger American 10/22, ya over scoped. 3 months ago I went to a 300 yard 22lr shoot. Even with a plinker I scored in the top of the bottom 1/3. Since then I mounted the scope on a CZ 457 MTR. Reports on how I score coming soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this I bought this optic because of what I had heard about the brand. Had the optic dial in 7 shots. Didn’t take long to fall in love with this optic. Highly recommend this one. I plan on buying atleast one more like it
