Westcott FJ-XR Wireless Receiver

The FJ-XR Wireless Receiver connects to any strobe or flash with a 3.5mm sync port for basic communication with the FJ-X2m Wireless Trigger. Designed with a built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the FJ-XR is equipped with a simple 3-button design, easy-to-navigate user interface, and hinged 3.5mm sync plug. Simply select the desired group and channel to extend your lighting setup.

Features

This receiver allows FJ400 users to add additional strobe or flash units to their setup with simple communication between the FJ-X2m and FJ-XR Receiver. It connects through the same 2.4GHz frequency as the FJ-X2m and plugs directly into the 3.5mm sync port of compatible strobe or flash units. Once equipped, simply select the desired channel/group and start shooting.

The Westcott FJ400 offers an impressive 480+ full-power flashes per charge and it is the first portable 400Ws AC/DC strobe with under a second recycle speed at full power. The FJ400 features Manual and TTL Flash Modes, High-Speed Sync (HSS) up to 1/8000s, Freeze Sync up to 1/19000s, Continuous Capture up to 20 fps, Mask Function, Delay Function, Automatic Memory Recall, Rear Curtain Sync, Canon RT flash compatibility, group and channel assignment, Group Exposure Compensation, and much more, along with an intuitive menu system and LCD color display. This strobe is firmware upgradeable via the included USB-C cable.

It includes a Magnetic 5-Inch Reflector, Magnetic CCT Gel Set (CTO, 1/2-CTO, Window Green, Diffusion, Gel Frame), and a Rapid Box Switch Bowens Insert that allows you to pair your strobe with any Rapid Box Switch light modifier. The built-in tilter offers secure mounting and positioning of large umbrellas and modifiers.
