Xenarc Technologies has extended the versatility of its iconic 700 series line of rugged small touchscreen monitor solutions with the introduction of a 7-inch LCD touchscreen with HDMI input and advanced capacitive touch panel. This advanced rugged display comes with built-in HDMI, DVI and VGA video inputs and uses the latest 7-inch LCD panel with a 1024x600 native resolution while incorporating the latest LED backlight technology for increased brightness and an ambient light sensor which dims the backlight automatically when required. In addition, Chip Monolithic Ceramic Capacitors are used throughout this HDMI display unit for improved stability and durability especially in extreme temperature environments. It is a 1000NIT direct sunlight readable model.
Capacitive Touch-Screen Panel
This versatile, rugged and long lasting 7-inch HDMI VGA DVI video input small touchscreen monitor display incorporates a Capacitive Touch-Screen panel. Capacitive sensing provides a more responsive touch interface than resistive touch. It achieves this by using the capacitance of human skin to detect the proximity or position of the input. Proximity sensing allows the touch interface to work even if protective glass or coating is used over the display. Use the convenient 7-inch touch-screen as your input device, control your mouse cursor or the mini onscreen keyboard that comes with your operating system. The industrial-grade touch screen utilizes the USB port as the interface. You can connect several 700CSH industrial-grade monitors to your computer and the touchscreens would work simultaneously through the multi-monitor support.
