The Aputure Amaran 150c 150W point-source LED light is a perfect combination of high-quality light output, optical and soft light Bowens Mount versatility, integrated controls, and RGBWW full-color control.
Striking Full-Color Output
Borrowed from the Aputure LS 600c Pro, the color quality of Amaran 150c is superb all over its expanded bi-color CCT range of 2,500K to 7,500K with green-magenta adjustment and 360-degree HSI color control with >90 percent coverage of the Rec.2020 Color Space. It can give a reliable color-accurate light output to get true-to-life skin tones with high CRI/TLCI (95 plus), SSI (D56) (71), and SSI (Tungsten) (83) scores.
Optical and Soft Light Modifier Compatibility
The etched-glass optical glass element in front of its LED chip blends the LED’s output into one cohesive beam of light. It is compatible with Bowens Mount optical modifiers like the Aputure Fresnel 2X and the all-new Amaran Spotlight SE. It is also compatible with any Bowens Mount soft light modifier, including the Amaran Light Dome Mini SE.
Redesigned Noiseless Active Cooling System
It is equipped with a cooling system that is both heat-efficient and quiet in operation. This enables you to focus on the lighting without being disturbed by the fan noise.
Simple Lamp Head Design with Rear-Facing Handles
The design of the control interface is simple yet stylish and blends with the body. It also features dual rear-facing handles for ergonomic adjusting, along with a redesigned Bowen's mount release latch.

The Amaran 150c is a compact, reasonable point-source LED light that is simple to operate, and with Bowens Mount modifiability. It gives you creative control through point-source color. It can be paired with the Aputure and Amaran Bowens Mount modifiers, making it quite adaptable. It can be wirelessly controlled via the Sidus Link mobile app.

It is light in weight but sturdy, making it ideal for filmmakers working on sets and creators working in home studios. It does not require heavy stands to support it. With 150W of output, the 150c easily illuminates a desk setup or home studio.
Simple Yet Powerful
It has a simple design but features a powerful RGBWWLED chipset that has impressive output when paired with the included Bowens Mount Hyper Reflector. It is bright, making it useful for film sets and home recording studios.
Versatile CCT Range
It features a wide CCT range of 2,500K to 7,500K that offers flexibility to change from light-warm to daylight-balanced scenes without the requirement to gel or switch out light to achieve multiple color temperatures. Changing the color temperatures without even touching it further reinforces that it is versatile.
Sidus Link App Control
You can control the Amaran 150c wirelessly via the Sidus Link mobile app with Sidus Mesh technology. Everything can be fixed by using your smartphone or tablet, like color control, built-in effects, or even saving up to 10 Custom FX, to name a few, thus ensuring maximum flexibility. No other app has that kind of control. The Sidus link has evolved constantly with new features.
Multiple Power Solutions
While the AC Power Supply is included, the 150c light can also run on DC power via battery solutions. Using the 48V DC power input, it can run using two Gold or V-Mount batteries via the Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station (sold separately).
Universal Bowens Mount
The Amaran 150c light features a full Bowens mount, making it fully compatible with other Bowens mount modifiers such as the all-new Light Dome Mini SE and Spotlight SE. A third-party modifier is also compatible with Amaran 150c. It also comes with a built-in umbrella holder at the articulating mounting arm of the light below the lamp head.
