Raising The Standard

Utilizing the same light source as its professional predecessor, its immensely powerful 600W COB LED positions the LS 600d as one of the brightest point source LEDs on the market. It outputs an incredible 8,500+ lux with the hyper-reflector or up to 29,300+ lux at 3 meters with the F10 Fresnel.

Universal Bowens Mount

As a member of the Light Storm family, the LS 600d also features an integrated Bowens Mount for easily attaching accessories and modifiers, ranging from the F10 Fresnel for intense brightness to the Light Dome 150 for spectacular softness.

Slimmer Control Box

The LS 600d’s control box is significantly lighter than the LS 600d Pro’s controller. The LS 600d control box weighs in at 3.24kg (7.14 lb), which is almost half the weight of the LS 600d Pro’s 5.8kg (12.79 lb) control box. While shedding nearly half of its weight, the LS 600d controller still maintains many of the LS 600d Pro’s control methods and functions, like 2.4G Remote Compatibility, DMX512 In and Out, and Sidus link.

For photographers and video creators who require convenient access to intense output with the support of the Aputure and Sidus Link ecosystems, the LS 600d is an excellent tool. Integrating the LS 600d into onset workflows with Sidus Link and DMX512 control gives creators a powerful fixture that seamlessly integrates into their existing ecosystems with smooth dimming control and without color shift or the need to use scrims to decrease output.

Curved Yoke

As it uses the same structure as the LS 600d Pro lamp head, the lamp head of the LS 600d maintains the curved yoke from its older brother. This curved yoke that is missing on comparable light fixtures grants the LS 600d increased tilt range when used with larger light modifiers, such as the F10 Fresnel, Light Dome 150, or Light OctaDome 120.

0-100% Dimming

Like LS 300d II and 300x, the LS 600d can dim as low as 0% in 1% increments, providing filmmakers and photographers with immensely more control than traditional fixtures and strobes.

Aputure F10 Barndoors for LS 600d Fresnel Attachment

The 10-inch F10 Barndoors for the LS 600d Fresnel Attachment from Aputure offer a means to control the 15 to 45 degrees beam spread range of the Fresnel. Simply swing one or more leaves into the beam path to light areas you want and to keep light from areas you don't want illuminated. The 8-leaf design gives even greater control than 4-leaf versions and provides clean cuts of light.
