Every aspect of the LS 600d Pro was designed with professionals in mind, with incredible output, a weather-resistant construction, a wide variety of power options, and professional level lighting controls, including Sidus Link, Art-net, and Wireless DMX. This is the LS 600d Pro, and it’s ready to blow away traditional lighting.

Unmatched Brightness

Equipped with its native Hyper-Reflector, the 600d Pro can output 8,500 lux at 3 meters (10 feet). With the F10 Fresnel modifier, the combination can reach an illuminance of 29,300 lux at 3 meters in 15° spot. With a maximum power draw of 720W, the 600d Pro is on par with industry-standard HMI lights.

Resistance to Weather Environments

The LS 600d Pro is the first Light Storm fixture, and the first Bowens Mount LED to feature a weather-resistant design. Using waterproof fans, sealed internal structures, rubber caps for all ports, and weatherproof connectors, the LS 600d Pro can withstand various inclement weather environments.

0.1% Stepless Dimming

The 600d Pro is the first product in the Light Storm series to not only feature enhanced, smooth, stepless dimming but also light control in tiny 0.1% increments, ensuring that you get the exact amount of light that you need.

Pro Controls

In addition to its responsive on-board controls, 2.4G remote, DMX512 5-Pin XLR In and Out, and Sidus Link® app compatibility, the LS 600d Pro is the first-ever Aputure light to support ArtNet and LumenRadio wireless DMX compatibility.

Flawless Color

With high color accuracy measurements of CRI≥96, TLCI≥96, CQS≥95, and an SSI (D56) score of 72, the 600d Pro provides consistently accurate white light for indie filmmakers and professionals alike, upholding a color temperature standard of 5600±200K.

Smart Power

The LS 600d Pro utilizes the most advanced power system in the LED marketplace, featuring a standard 3-pin XLR 48V (15A) DC input, as well as multi-voltage V-Mount or Gold Mount battery plates, allowing users to high-output 14.4V, 26V, 28.8V* batteries.

Battery Charging Function

When the LS 600d Pro is plugged into AC power, it becomes the first fixture that can double as a high-intensity light and a backup charger for V-Mount & Gold Mount batteries. This revolutionary technology from the 600d Pro opens up a wide variety of options for any filmmaker.

4 Dimming Curves

The LS 600d Pro, like the other recent additions to the Light Storm lineup, has four different dimming curve options. Each of these dimming curves has a unique output behavior to tailor each light and its cues to each technician and situation at hand.

Built-in Lighting FX

The LS 600d Pro can utilize 8 different built-in light effects:  Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Faulty Bulb, TV, Pulsing, Strobe, and Explosion. The 600d Pro also has the potential to expand further into the SidusPro FX ecosystem.

Active Cooling

The ultra-quiet and powerful heat-conducting fan allows the lamp to move large volumes of air to dissipate heat at ≤30 decibels at 1 meter, and does not cause excessive noise interference on your film set.

Run-and-Gun Operation

By using LED technology and separating the lamp head and control box, the LS 600d Pro’s optimized lamp head weighs only 4.3kg (9.48lbs), making it lightweight enough to be suitable for baby pin light stands, with the same Dual Junior/Baby Pin found on the Nova P300c and the Spotlight Mount.

Bowens Mount

Continuing Aputure’s philosophy of modular lighting control, the 600d Pro’s Bowens Mount makes it compatible with Aputure’s lighting modifiers like the F10 Fresnel, Light Dome II, Spotlight Mount, and Lantern 90, but also third-party accessories from companies like DoPchoice and Chimera Lighting.

Due to its intense output, the LS 600d Pro is not compatible with all modifiers in their original configuration.

Advanced UI

The LS 600d Pro is also the first Aputure fixture to utilize a detailed LCD screen interface, allowing users to making operating the light incredibly straightforward.

Durable Transport Case

The LS 600d Pro comes standard with a durable carrying case that features wheels and a telescoping handle, making transporting the fixture to and from set a breeze.

Sidus Link Ecosystem

Sidus Mesh integration allows the 600d Pro to be controlled from nearly any smartphone or tablet with the Sidus Link mobile app up to 400 meters away with the addition of other fixtures, including the Aputure LS C300d II, LS 300x, Accent B7c, MC, and Nova P300c.

Aputure F10 Barndoors for LS 600d Fresnel Attachment

The 10-inch F10 Barndoors for the LS 600d Fresnel Attachment from Aputure offer a means to control the 15 to 45 degrees beam spread range of the Fresnel. Simply swing one or more leaves into the beam path to light areas you want and to keep light from areas you don't want illuminated. The 8-leaf design gives even greater control than 4-leaf versions and provides clean cuts of light.

Aputure F10 Fresnel

The Aputure F10 Fresnel is made for modular Bowens Mount fixtures. With its wide 250mm (9.84-inch) glass Fresnel, the F10 both immensely intensifies the output of a point-source LED, but also results in a quality of light lighting technicians will find similar to a Tungsten 5K or Studio 2K.

Intensely Bright

The F10 Fresnel functions at its best when paired with the Aputure LS 600d Pro, a 600W Daylight COB LED. Together, this combination eclipses Studio 2K Tungsten lights, and approaches the intensity of 5K Tungsten fixtures at flood. With a combined flood output of 11,440 lux and spot output of 29,300 lux at 3 meters, the 600d Pro and F10 Fresnel even compete on par with higher-powered HMIs.

Dual-Optic Design

The F10 Fresnel matches the unique design of the Fresnel 2X, utilizing a two-stage optical system to maximize light output. Utilizing a rear aspherical focusing element, the F10 Fresnel optimizes the output of an LS 600d Pro to fill the front Fresnel Element, resulting in up to 340% additional output in Flood mode.

Ergonomic Focusing

To ergonomically and precisely adjust its variable 15-45-degree beam angle, the F10 Fresnel uses Aputure’s helicoid focus design introduced in the Fresnel 2X. This seamless design requires no extra knobs or handles. Simply twist the lens ring, and adjust the spot/flood controls.

Minimized Light Leaks

Building on our experience from the Fresnel 2X, the F10 Fresnel uses an offset ventilation design in its heat-resistant body that allows for airflow while minimizing light leaks.

Impeccable Build

Despite its impressive 250mm (9.84-inch) Fresnel diameter, the F10 Fresnel maintains a compact heat-resistant construction. The shell of the F10 can withstand the heat of the LS 600d Pro, and due to its collapsible, and aspherical focusing lens, it can stow away to a depth of 6.8 inches (172.5mm).

Drop-In Accessory Slot

Another of many firsts, the F10 Fresnel is also the first Bowens Mount Fresnel to feature an industry-standard drop-in accessory slot. This heavy-duty accessory slot allows users to mount the F10 Barn Doors on the Fresnel for proper light shaping, and can even fit a 13-inch (330mm) scrim.

Aputure Lantern 90

Building upon the same design as the classic Aputure Lantern, the Aputure Lantern 90 pairs the same quick-build system with an even larger surface area to provide an even softer volumetric lighting solution. At 90cm, the Lantern 90 has the same diameter as Aputure’s Light Dome II modifier, with an even more diffused surface area, allowing the Lantern to instantly light up large spaces.

Aputure Light Dome 150

The Light Dome 150 is a 150cm (59in) Bowens Mount QuickSetup Circular Softbox. Its substantial surface area makes it ideal for high-powered Bowens Mount LEDs, such as the Aputure LS 600d Pro or LS 600x Pro. Its 32-sided quick-setup build transforms a hard point-source light into a soft source with perfectly circular reflections in one minute. The Light Dome 150 also includes two diffusion strengths to allow users to fine-tune their intensity and light quality. 

Aputure Light OctaDome 120 Octagonal Softbox (Bowens Mount)

The Light OctaDome 120 is a 120cm (47.2in) Bowens Mount Octagonal Softbox. This 8-sided softbox transforms any point source Bowens Mount light fixture into an ultra-soft area light, blanketing your set in diffused light. Its large 120cm diameter also pairs perfectly with high-output fixtures to create the ultimate soft source, such as the Aputure LS 1200d Pro, 600d Pro, or 600x Pro.

Exceptional Design

The Light OctaDome 120 includes two diffusion strengths (1.5 and 2.5 stops) and an inner baffle to allow users to fine-tune their intensity and light quality. Its 8-sided structure also makes it the perfect softbox for on-the-go shooting, combining its flat-pack ability, lightweight construction at only 1.7kg (3.75lbs), and the ideal balance between a square frame or a fully circular softbox.
