Positioned on the camera's right side, a dedicated assist station features a second 5-inch HDR touchscreen, enabling crew members to operate around the camera without additional monitors. Featuring a 1500-nit display and removable sunshade, visibility remains optimal even in bright sunlight. The front-mounted 7-pin Lemo and 3-pin Fischer connectors facilitate record start/stop functionality and provide 24V power, ideal for onboard accessories like focus motors. Camera power is seamlessly supplied via a standard 24V 8-pin Lemo connection, complemented by an additional 2-pin Lemo 12V connection at the rear for lower voltage accessories. This setup enables accessory power directly from the camera, eliminating the need for cumbersome external cabling. Additionally, two independent 12G-SDI outputs allow monitoring on two separate monitors with distinct overlays, while the inclusion of 10G Ethernet facilitates Blackmagic Cloud media syncing.
