Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased with this printer! Bought the Maxify GX5020 to print my nature photos for my art business as well as greeting cards. The photos come out beautiful on glossy paper! I've printed 4 x 6, 5 x 7 and 8.5 x 11. The only issue for some people could be the white border around the edge of the photos. Have tried to print art on greeting cards but not to successful with that as of yet as the colors are a bit faded and the greeting card printing program's are difficult to figure out. Printing the right size and location on the card hasn't worked for me so far. But otherwise its a great printer for the price and I'm very pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Setup, quality prints and planet-friendly [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup for this printer was intuitive – no issues downloading the drivers and getting it to connect with my (Dell) laptop wirelessly. I've had issues connecting wirelessly to other printers in the past, so I was really pleased that I didn't have to spend any time troubleshooting that. The color print comes out vivid, bright, with no bleeding. The first time I tried to print, I accidentally selected a photo that was larger than the paper size loaded. I received an error message on the printer and it was immediately obvious what I’d done wrong – so it’s nice that addressing and fixing my user error was a totally painless process. I appreciate the relatively small size, as my home office is tiny, so it’s nice when the technology I need doesn’t take up too much space. I also love that the ink cartridges can be individually refilled - less cost and also less waste. I really appreciate when companies like Canon create products with environmental responsibility in mind. Overall, if you're looking for a high quality, cost-effective and planet-friendly small office printer, I would highly recommend this one.

Laser vs inkjet vs tank. This is by far the best printer I've owned. The clarity in the printing is excellent. I run a small business and I print daily. The ink hasn't moved.

In the age of digital, there are fewer and fewer uses for a printer, but it's very inconvenient when you need to print something, but don't have a printer. This printer has solved my needs without breaking the bank. It's compact size is great for a smaller home office and can easily fit on a desk or table. The set up was simple and connected to my wifi easily. Really only took a couple of minutes between unpackaging it and being able to use it. The mega tank style makes much more sense than the old style of cartridges. The no drip bottles are easy to use. The colors and print speed are decent, but not great. For what this printer is, I think it's great. It's a basic color printer with easy to load ink. It gets the job done for what I need it for - conveniently print documents for personal and work use.

It is the perfect size for your home office. It was also very easy to set up and install. It has ethernet and Wi-Fi capabilities making it an amazing wireless printer. You can print from your phone or tablet. It also has photo printing with different photo size available. This Canon Maxify comes ready to go, meaning it comes with four bottles of ink: black, yellow, blue, and magenta. Pros of this product is definitely the wireless feature. Cons of this product none.
