Modern digital cameras are almost always powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs instead of store-bought AA batteries. This is great for your wallet since it eliminates the need to continuously purchase expensive batteries. The downside is that rechargeable battery packs aren’t as easy to come by and can take hours to recharge, which means your photography session could be over for the day if your battery pack dies. Regardless of if you’re a professional or amateur photographer, it’s always a good idea to invest in one or two spare batteries to ensure you have enough power to sustain a day of picture taking. This battery replaces the EN-EL14 pack which works with Nikon D3100 DSLR, D3200 DSLR, D5100 DSLR, Coolpix P7700 and Coolpix P7000 digital cameras. This battery also includes a charging unit with a fold-out AC plug as well as a car adapter and a voltage converter for travelling abroad.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
