Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

I run a 67W block through this and charge my computer, phone, watch, and HDMI monitor connection and most of the time have a camera connected. The device holds the usage and brutality when I also plug in my sd cards to work on photo/videos. Of course it gets warm, but have never failed. The only only only downer is the cord. I used a raised laptop and have to use a prop to hold up, I'm one to not bend my cords.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from perfect options, great build quality I’ve used my Nucleum daily for around 8 months, grabbing it a good 2-5 times each day to move my set-up around the house, to get online wired through my 2017 iPad Pro 10.5” Lightning Port in conjunction with Apple’s USB 3 Camera Adapter and a small USB-C to USB-A adapter so that the Nucleum’s USB-C plugs into the Camera Adapter’s USB-A port, then I also plug Apple’s Ethernet to USB Adapter into one of the Nucleum’s USB-A ports. It works perfectly. No Thunderbolt because that was still on the horizon, but this thing will last me a long time because of its metal housing and excellent build quality. The fact that there’s a USB-C just for power means the other one that supports data is actually usable, which unlocks a whole raft of possibilities if I decide to daisy-chain with a 2nd hub. For now, the other USB-A port hosts an external hard-drive, but with another hub I could use a wired game controller (if Apple ever grows enough of a clue to support that except wireless-only). The fact that there’s an HDMI and camera card ports is just gravy for me, but the truly useable USB-C port together with the metal housing and trustworthy build quality were my deciding factors. I’m a very happy customer.
