The AGM PVS-14E 3AL1 Night Vision Monocular is designed for users who need reliable night vision in different environments. It builds on the proven PVS-14 platform while introducing improvements in weight, power flexibility, and ease of use. The device can be used handheld, mounted on a head harness, or attached to compatible helmets, making it suitable for field operations, surveillance, and nighttime navigation.
Lightweight and Compact Design
The PVS-14E uses a more compact lens and eyepiece system that reduces overall size and weight. At only 10.2 oz (290 g) and 4.25 inches in length, the device is easier to carry and wear for extended periods. The lighter design helps reduce fatigue while maintaining durability for demanding environments.
Flexible Battery Compatibility
The monocular supports both AA and CR123 batteries, allowing users to choose whichever power source is available. This flexibility helps ensure the device can continue operating even when one battery type is not accessible.
Electronic Polarity Switching System
The built-in electronic polarity switching system allows batteries to be inserted in any orientation. Users do not need to worry about the correct battery direction, which simplifies operation in low-light conditions and speeds up battery replacement.
Automatic Articulation Shut-Off
An auto shut-off system turns the device off when it is rotated away from the user’s eye and turns it back on when returned to the viewing position. This feature helps conserve battery power and improves convenience during helmet-mounted use.
Manual Gain Control and Bright Light Protection
The PVS-14E includes manual gain control, allowing users to adjust image brightness based on surrounding light conditions. It also features automatic bright light shut-off, which protects the photocathode tube from sudden exposure to intense light and automatically restores operation once light levels drop.
Built-In Infrared Illuminator
A built-in IR illuminator provides additional illumination in extremely dark environments. This helps improve visibility when natural ambient light is limited or unavailable.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
