The Aputure STORM 80c Fixture features the new BLAIR-CG LED chipset. As an 80W color-tunable point source fixture with a color engine based on the breakthrough BLAIR chipset, a Mini ProLock locking Bowens mount, and compact profile, the STORM 80c is a feature-packed versatile fixture suitable for a tremendous range of professional imaging applications from high-end film productions to small-crew video or photo shoots.
Exceptional Brightness and Color Accuracy
With the new BLAIR-CG chipset, the STORM 80c delivers exceptional brightness and color accuracy. The added Cyan and Green diodes allows the STORM 80c to cover 90 percent plus of the Rec.2020 color gamut, giving users access to a far greater range of saturated colors compared to the BLAIR chipset. The STORM 80c offers 19850 lux at 1m at 5600K with its included hyper reflector while maintaining an SSI (P3200) of 88 and SSI (CIE D5600) of 84 at 3200K and 5600K respectively. The inclusion of an indigo diode in this chipset enhances the colors of fluorescing materials, resulting in an image that is lit more accurately to match natural daylight and tungsten sources.

The Aputure Light Dome 40 is a round 8-corner mini soft box with a 40cm (15.75-inch) light surface diameter and a Mini ProLock mount ideal for usage with the STORM 80c. Featuring a highly reflective silver lining and deep parabolic design, the Light Dome 40 gives users maximum output with uniform edge-to-edge illumination. With a quick-release latch design, the Light Dome 40 can be quickly deployed or torn down without having to individually snap support rods in place. Included with the soft box are a 1-stop diffusion cloth, 2-stop diffusion cloth, 45-degree light control grid, and a soft carrying bag.

The Aputure Lantern 30 is an omnidirectional softbox of 30cm (11.8-inch) and a Mini ProLock mount ideal for usage with the STORM 80c. The Lantern 30 provides users with the ability to omnidirectionally light environments and subjects with a soft light source. With its included hook-and-loop light control skirt, users can limit the spread of the Lantern 30’s output as they see fit. The Lantern 30 comes with a soft carrying bag for easy storage and transportation.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
