The Aputure Amaran Spotlight SE Kit consists of the Spotlight SE lens modifier, a 19-degree lens, a medium-sized gobo holder, 15 medium-sized gobos, a carry strap, and a carrying case. The Spotlight SE is Amaran’s first projection lens modifier designed to elevate the performance of your Amaran 150c or 300c. This compact optical modifier for Bowens Mount point-source fixtures (up to 300W) transforms your light into a powerful spotlight that can extend the reach of your illumination and produce an even, shapeable output.

Compact and Lightweight Projection Lens

The Amaran Spotlight SE is a smaller form factor projection lens than its bigger brother, the Aputure Spotlight Mount. Measuring up to 12.2 inches or only as heavy as 3.4 lb with an additional iris, users can mount the Spotlight SE to Bowens Mount fixtures with an output of up to 300W.

Even Edge-to-Edge Light Distribution

With custom optics that provide a clean projection beam, the edge-to-edge light distribution of the Spotlight SE is even and smooth, reducing artifacts like hotspots in any part of the illumination circle.

Tighter Brighter Beam

The 19º lens focuses light into a tighter beam, resulting in a smaller and brighter illumination circle with further reach.

Built-In Shutters

The Spotlight SE’s beam output can be precisely cut using its built-in shutters. Four individual metal shutters are found in the body of the Spotlight SE which users can quickly slide in and out to cut the projection beam and various angles.

Quick Focus Adjustments

Focusing the 19-degree lenses while installed on the Spotlight SE body is fast and simple. Simply loosen the red retaining screw on the side of the Spotlight SE and slide the lens back and forth.

Universal Bowens Mount

The Spotlight SE features a Universal Bowens Accessory Mount, making it compatible with point-source Bowens Mount fixtures with less than 300W of output such as the new Amaran 150c and 300c as well as the Amaran COB S Series lights like the 100x S or 200d S.

15 Included M-Sized Gobos

For projection shaping capabilities, the Spotlight SE comes with 15 M-Size Gobo inserts, each one capable of creating a range of interesting lighting shapes, from tree and window panes to other shapes that can match any scene or environment. These M-Size Gobos match the Aputure Spotlight Mini Zoom and are perfect for adding visual interest to the scene.
