Dock 4 expedites extraordinarily efficient file reading, Ethernet or USB
network sharing, syncing, and monitoring. Housing a quartet of slots for
2.5-inch SSD or SATA HDD disks, the Cloud Dock 4 can manage all of your data.
When you’re ready to share your data, you can choose from four 10G Ethernet
connections or an Ethernet-via-USB-C connection to meet the needs of your
existing setup. It’s easy to take advantage of global syncing as well, thanks
to the Cloud Dock 4’s compatibility with both Dropbox and Google Drive
applications. At the same time, you’ll just as effortlessly be able to monitor
your data on computer screens and TVs courtesy of an integrated HDMI
connection. To top it off, the Cloud Dock 4 comes with an internal power supply
and is rack mountable, providing a convenient fit for your studio’s current
rack system or tech cart. The Blackmagic Design Cloud Dock 4 features a USB
Type C interface, one HDMI port, a rack-mountable data disk interface with four
SSD or SATA HDD disk slots, Ethernet-via-USB-C, and four 10G Ethernet.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
