Introducing the second generation SELPHY QX Series Square Printer, the QX-20 Wireless Compact Photo Printer. We have dropped “Square” from the name as we have expanded the Capabilities of this series to also print Card size stickers (2.1” x 3.4”). This updated version maintains the compact size and 1lb weight, but in a new streamlined design, and can now print borderless on three sides, leaving an area for writing something special at the bottom.
Take it with you
First and foremost, this is a compact printer, about the size of a clutch bag, and weighing around a pound, it’s easy to bring this printer along with you, and you’ll want to because printing and sharing images amongst friends with the QX-20 is where it shines! But, don’t worry, you don’t always have to be social, sitting at home working on a crafting project can be just as satisfying.
New printing options!
Square shaped photo stickers are a great shape and size to share your uniqueness, but tastes and times have changed, and people are now enjoying Card-size stickers more and more, so instead of coming out with a new printer that just does Card-size printing, we updated our current printer to do both! Wouldn’t you rather be able to decide which size you use on the spot, instead of carrying two printers? On top of that, we added the option to print borderless on three sides (for both Square and Card-size sticker), leaving an area at the bottom for notes.
Instantly dry and marker ready
Thanks to the dye-sublimation printing process, the prints exit the printer completely dry and ready to handle, and with the final overcoat layer, they are even water-resistant! That means they are also marker ready in case you want to write a personal message on your photo. Prints produced with this technology can last up to 100 years!
Print from your phone
The SELPHY QX-20 works exclusively with the SELPHY Photo Layout (v3.0+) for iOS and Android available for free on the App store or Google Play. Setup couldn’t be easier! Once you download the app, it will ask you to scan the QR code found inside the ink cassette door, and you are all set up and ready to print! Up to six devices can connect to the QX-20 at a time.
High-quality
One of the best features of dye-sublimation printing is the quality and longevity of the prints. Color gradations like you would see in the sky or skin tones are smooth as can be, and colors are more accurate than other portable printing methods. Just because your prints are small does not mean they shouldn’t look good!

Let’s face it, this printer is about showing off your personality, and what better way to do that than to dress up your images? With the SELPHY Photo Layout software v4.0 you have a ton of creative options from adding Stamps, Frames, and Overlays to your photos to creating collages! You can even create works of art that you can send directly to your friends if they want to print their own copy.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
