The Celestron NexStar+ AZ Hand Control is the standard computer accessory on all current altazimuth mounted Celestron go-to telescopes: SLT, LCM, SE, NexStar Evolution, and CPC, and CPC Deluxe computerized telescopes.
Massive Database
With the push of a button, you can access NexStar+’s huge database of over 40,000 celestial objects. Automatically slew to objects in a variety of catalogs, including the Messier, NGC, Caldwell, and SAO brightest stars. The planets as well as a list of the most popular objects are also included. Not sure what to look at? Use the Tour Mode, and you’ll be shown a selection of the most popular objects for the time and date you are observing!
Features
NexStar+ Hand Control has a dual-line, 16-character LCD screen with adjustable backlighting so you can set up your Hand Control to your personal preferences. The easy to read buttons make navigating the database easy, so you can spend less time searching and more time gazing. The NexStar+ Hand Control is compatible with all altazimuth (AZ) NexStar telescopes.
Convenient
NexStar Plus includes many setup conveniences like SkyAlign, customizable max slew speed, programmable slew limits, and more. The Hand Control also connects to your PC directly with a mini-USB cable (cable not included) for software updates or optional telescope control with third-party software.
Upgrade
This hand control includes USB Flash Upgradeable Technology via the Internet, allowing users to upgrade its software with Celestron Firmware Manager.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
