Using advanced plate-solving technology and a highly sensitive Sony IMX462LLR-C monochrome image sensor, StarSense AutoAlign V2 automatically captures and analyzes images of the night sky to calculate your telescope’s precise position. In just a few minutes, your telescope is aligned and ready to accurately locate and track celestial objects across the sky, without requiring you to identify or center alignment stars.
Precise GoTo: Improved Accuracy Across the Sky
Once alignment is complete, StarSense AutoAlign V2 improves GoTo accuracy by refining your telescope’s pointing precision and placing objects near the center of your eyepiece or imaging sensor. Polar Alignment Assistance for Imaging
StarSense AutoAlign V2 also includes advanced polar alignment assistance for compatible equatorial mounts and alt-azimuth mounts used on a wedge. Unlike traditional polar alignment methods, StarSense AutoAlign V2 can help you achieve accurate alignment without a direct view of Polaris, making it especially useful for obstructed observing locations or backyard astrophotography setups. Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
