The CyberPower CP700PFCRM1U is a compact 1U rackmount UPS built for equipment that benefits from sine wave battery backup and active PFC power source compatibility. With 700 VA and 400 W capacity, it supports security systems, audio and visual equipment, networking hardware, workstations, and other rack-based electronics. Its 9.04-inch chassis depth helps conserve rack space while providing battery backup, surge suppression, voltage regulation, and power monitoring in one unit.
Sine Wave Battery Backup
The UPS delivers sine wave output with 10.5 minutes of runtime at half load and 1.5 minutes at full load. This gives connected equipment time for a controlled shutdown when utility power fails. Two sealed lead-acid batteries are hot swappable and user replaceable, and the typical recharge time is 8 hours. Four NEMA 5-15R outlets provide battery plus surge protection, while two additional NEMA 5-15R outlets provide surge-only protection.
Voltage, Surge, and Data Line Protection
Line interactive topology and Automatic Voltage Regulation correct minor input fluctuations without immediately switching to battery operation. The CP700PFCRM1U provides 1150 J of surge suppression, EMI and RFI filtration, and RJ45 network data line protection. GreenPower UPS Bypass Technology allows stable utility power to bypass the transformer, reducing energy use, operating noise, and heat. The unit is Energy Star certified.
Short Depth Rackmount Monitoring
The black metal chassis is 1U high and fits racks as shallow as 14 inches. A multifunction color LCD presents battery and power conditions at a glance. USB and SNMP communication work with PowerPanel Business software for monitoring and management, while optional RMCARD205 hardware supports remote management. A 10-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P right-angle plug provides flexible rack placement.
