The telescope uses a 40-millimeter objective lens and a 400-millimeter focal length. Its 20 millimeter eyepiece provides 20x magnification for a wider field of view, while the 6 millimeter eyepiece increases power to 67x for closer observation. A tabletop tripod supports stable placement on a table or other firm surface. The eyepiece diagonal creates a more comfortable viewing position, and the included compass can help with orientation. Microscope With Three Magnification Levels
The microscope pairs a 20x eyepiece with 5x, 20x, and 45x objectives to produce 100x, 400x, and 900x magnification. Start at 100x to locate and focus a specimen, then move to 400x or 900x when more detail is needed. Lower incandescent illumination shines through transparent specimens, while a color filter wheel can make details easier to distinguish in transparent or colorless samples. Stage clips help hold a slide in position while the focus knob sharpens the image.
Tools for Hands-On Investigation
Prepared slides let new users begin observing right away, while blank slides, collection vials, a petri dish, and specimen tools support original experiments. The set also provides an experiment guide for structured activities. You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
