The National Geographic Excursion Series 8x42 Binoculars combine 8x magnification with 42 mm objectives, BaK-4 roof prisms, and fully multi-coated lenses for bright, high-contrast viewing. The 8x configuration balances magnification with a wide field of view, making it well suited to birdwatching, wildlife observation, sightseeing, and general outdoor use.
Bright Optics for Changing Light
The 42 mm objectives gather enough light for useful viewing when conditions become dimmer, while the fully multi-coated lenses and BaK-4 prisms help maximize brightness and contrast. All Weather Construction
The optical tubes are waterproof, fogproof, and nitrogen purged for use in changing outdoor conditions. An open bridge roof prism body provides a secure gripping area while maintaining a streamlined shape, giving users more control when viewing outdoors or in wet conditions.
Comfortable Viewing and Individual Focus
Twist-up eyecups and 17 mm eye relief help eyeglass wearers see the full image more comfortably. A diopter adjustment compensates for differences between the user's eyes, while the included neck strap, lens covers, and storage case support transport and protection between viewing sessions.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
