The FiiO FA9 Earphones boast a sophisticated driver configuration, with the SWFK-31376 handling higher frequencies for extreme resolution, the EJ-33877 delivering powerful mid-frequencies in collaboration with Knowles, and the HODVTEC-31618 driver featuring dual woofers for dynamic and authoritative lower frequencies.
Custom Knowles EJ BA Driver
The FA9 marks the first time FiiO has employed Knowles EJ balanced armature drivers, commonly used among high-end IEMs. FiiO and Knowles collaborated to come up with the custom EJ-33877 driver for use in the FA9 for excellent mid-frequency performance with hauntingly realistic vocals.
80.6mm Ultra-Long Sound Tube
The sound tube acts as a low-pass filter that effectively filters out unneeded extra mids and highs from the drivers to ensure a seamless frequency response. The sound tube also ensures the mid-bass is smooth and clean while enhancing bass texture in general.
3 Sound Adjustments Switches 8 Possible Sounds
The FiiO FA9 offers versatile sound customization with its switch settings - S1 switch for impedance and sensitivity adjustment, S2 switch for treble preferences, and S3 switch for tailoring bass and mids according to your listening preferences.
Four-Way Crossover
The four-way crossover design has been applied so that each driver works perfectly in harmony with each other for seamlessly coherent low, middle, high, and ultra-high frequencies. With dynamic bass, crystal clear yet lush vocals, and extremely detailed yet pleasant treble, the FA9 will get you excited about your music again.
4th Generation DLP 3D Printing
Now in its 4th generation, the printing accuracy, efficiency, and curing uniformity have been significantly improved from the past iterations of DLP 3D printing. This allows the FA9 to have an extremely precise and robust structure that is fully optimized for audio which is difficult to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods.
8 Strands of Pure Audio Cable
The included 8-strand monocrystalline silver-plated copper cable gives you excellent sound quality out of the box, so you don’t have to worry about upgrading to a better cable.
Hi-Res Audio certified
The FA9 is certified by the Japan Audio Society to be capable of bringing you ‘Hi-Res Audio’ with quality far beyond those of CDs.

How do I return an item?

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

Will I receive a full refund when I return an item?

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 

My item was damaged in transit. How do I place a return?

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage. 

There’s an issue with my order, what should I do?

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead.

If I ordered a kit, do I have to return all the items?

If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund.

I ordered a product that included a free item. I’d like to return it, do I need to return the free item as well?

If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund.

Do you offer repairs?

We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.
