Sound Quality
Easy-listening clarity with few idiosyncrasies characterizes this model. These earphones produce beautiful softly lingering high frequencies and congenial vocals close in proximity with an easily transmitted ambiance. The honest sound these headphones produce is suited to all types of music and a variety of music sources. Using BAM (Balancing Air Movement) mechanism, which optimizes airflow in the housing, the driver unit has been developed to Final Audio Design's own specifications and has an aperture arranged on the back of the driver unit, which is usually sealed.
Original Earpieces
The Final Audio Design engineers have worked hard to design an earbud that offers a comfortable fit and delivers quality sound. Three types of earpieces come with the Heaven IV Earphones: E type earpieces employ hard silicon that combines strength and flexibility, and soft silicone which ensures a comfortable fit and high level of sound insulation. Joining the E type and the five sizes it comes in are the A type and the B type, which differ in terms of how airtight they are and in terms of bass reproduction. With this array of choices, comfort is guaranteed.
Convenient Design
Final Audio Design went a step further than competitors in ensuring convenient design. As is known, sometimes the simplest things mean the most. Besides indicating the right and left designation on the earbuds, the housing also bears a protuberance on its left bush to help you distinguish between left and right by feel. Now you can listen to audio even in the dark.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
