The Irix Cine 65mm T1.5 for Fuji X pairs short telephoto framing with a fast T1.5 aperture for portraits, interviews, narrative scenes, documentary work, and low-light production. The imperial focus scale uses feet markings for crews that work in that measurement system, while the manual focus design gives filmmakers direct control over focus placement.
Controlled Focus and Cinematic Rendering
Internal focusing helps preserve sharpness while very low focus breathing supports consistent framing during focus pulls. An 11-blade rounded iris shapes smooth background blur, while the T1.5 to T16 aperture range gives filmmakers broad exposure and depth of field control. The 65 mm focal length supports close portraits, interviews, medium shots, and detail work from a comfortable working distance.
Cinema-Oriented Mechanical Design
Mod 0.8 geared focus and aperture rings work with compatible cine accessories, and the focus ring provides 180-degree rotation for deliberate manual adjustment. The 95 mm front diameter supports compatible front accessories, while the 86 mm filter thread accepts standard screw-in filters. Irix Edge MMS magnetic filters and accessories can also attach through the built-in Magnetic Mount System.
Built for Changing Production Conditions
The lens uses four rubber O-rings for weather sealing and has laser-engraved markings filled with UV-reactive paint for visibility in difficult lighting. Its standardized cine layout supports professional rigs, stabilizer setups, follow focus workflows, and matte box configurations. A detachable lens support foot can add stabilization and reduce strain on the camera mount when working with geared accessories.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
