The Kinefinity VISTA brings full frame 6K cinema capture into a compact body built for owner operators, documentary crews, commercial filmmakers, and lightweight production rigs. Its 36 x 24 mm sensor records the full 6016 x 3984 3:2 Open Gate area, giving filmmakers additional image space for reframing, multiple delivery formats, and anamorphic workflows while maintaining up to 14 stops of latitude.
Full Frame Open Gate with Flexible Recording Formats
The VISTA records 6K Open Gate from the complete full frame sensor and offers additional full frame, Super 35, Micro Four Thirds, and Super 16 crop modes. Full frame 6K 17:9 reaches 50 fps, while selected Super 35 4K formats reach up to 120 fps. Dual-base ISO settings of 800 and 5120 give crews practical options when moving between controlled lighting and lower light environments.
KineLOG3 and 10-Bit Internal Recording
KineLOG3 color science is built for grading workflows, with built-in 709 and Neutral LUTs plus support for custom monitoring LUTs and optional LUT burn in. Internal recording includes 10-bit ProRes 422HQ, ProRes 422, ProRes 422LT, and multiple H.265 quality levels, letting productions choose between editing friendly files and more storage efficient capture.
Less Rigging before the Camera Rolls
A built-in 220GB SSD lets the camera record without external media, while a CFexpress Type-B slot supports expanded capacity. The 4-inch 700 nit OLED monitor flips and rotates through 360-degrees, and dual full-size HDMI, dual USB Type-C ports, microphone and headphone connections, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth provide a strong foundation for compact production builds.
