The Lorex smart lock offers 4 simple ways to unlock. Easily lock and unlock
with a press of a button using the Lorex App, using Bluetooth. Create
personalized 4 to 8-digit access codes and assign them to specific users.
Assign up to 200 unique codes. You can always rely on the physical key to lock
and unlock the door should the batteries run out. When you approach the door,
it will automatically unlock using Bluetooth with the Lorex app.
Never Forget to Lock Your Door Again
Set the auto lock feature with a preset time and your door will automatically
lock for you so you don't have to worry when you're rushing out or forget to
lock.
Unlock Convenience: 4 Types of Entry
Experience ultimate flexibility with the peace of mind that your home is always
secure and accessible on your terms. Permanent gives continuous access to
authorized individuals. Scheduled sets specific dates and times for key code
access. Single Entry gives one-time access for a single entry. Time Range

with multiple layers of security and encryption. With ANSI Grade 2
certification, it meets high-security standards, ensuring your front door is
well-guarded and compliant with American and Canadian regulations. This lock is
UL-certified with a 20-minute fire rating for wooden doors. These locks provide
better security for moderate to high-risk areas. They withstand more frequent
use and wear. They offer greater resistance to tampering and forced entry. They
have a longer lifespan due to their higher cycle endurance.
Profile Management
There are three different levels of control and you can have up to 10 users per
device. The Owner can manage controls and create codes. The Manager can create
codes once assigned. And finally, the User, who can only access when the code
is assigned.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
