The 3 Year Diamond Warranty for Digital Cameras, Camcorders & Lenses covers equipment costing under $150. The portable electronic equipment covered by this warranty is guaranteed to operate according to the manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid within USA and it must be purchased within 30 days of product purchase. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. shall repair, service or replace same to operate properly. The warranty also covers 2 free CCD cleanings for SLR cameras for the life of the contract and 1 free video head cleaning per year for camcorders for the life of the contract. This warranty can be transferred to another person for a $20 administrative fee.
Coverage and Benefits
This Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. warranty covers manufacturer defects, impact damage, sand/grit damage, accidental damage and unintentional abuse, mechanical malfunctions, normal and abnormal wear and tear.
Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover equipment which is damaged by intentional abuse, misuse or damaged beyond recognition, fire, lost, or stolen.
Limitations of Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. This warranty will cover one digital camera body and one lens providing that both pieces of equipment are listed on the same sales receipt. This plan is void if the registered product exceeds the warranty price category. Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
