RichView Tuning Assembly
The Coronado SolarMax II 90 Double Stacked Solar Telescope employs Meade's revolutionary RichView assembly. This patented system enables direct tuning of the primary filter etalon so you can tune for the highest contrast views of active regions, flares, filaments, and other surface detail. It also allows for fast and simple re-tuning for prominences on the solar limb.
Integrated Double Stack System
Featuring a fully integrated double stack system to enhances the scope's resolution, it does so by reducing the already narrow <.7 angstrom bandpass to an even narrower <.5 angstrom bandpass. This essentially delivers enhanced resolution and contrast for an optical view of the Sun that's absolutely stunning and will reflect in photos.
The double stack system has the bonus advantage of being able to operate at a less restrictive < .7A bandwidth by simply removing the external etalon. In this way image brightness is increased, enhancing the visibility of fainter limb detail.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
