Pro 8 is designed to highlight the best of Windows 11 and combine the power for
a laptop, the flexibility of a tablet, and everything in between. The Microsoft
Surface Pro-8 Laptop comes with Windows 11 Home edition (consumer customers). The
display screen is 13 inches and called PixelSense Flow, with a resolution of
2880 x 1920 pixels and up to 120Hz refresh rate, though the default is 60Hz. It
has an aspect ratio of 3:2, adaptive color, and supports 10-point multi-touch.
Additionally, it features GPU Ink Acceleration and supports Dolby Vision. It
has a memory of 8GB (LPDDR4x RAM).
The Quad-core 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 Processor with built on the Intel
Evo platform. Firmware TPM chip for enterprise-grade security and BitLocker
support. Enterprise-grade protection with Windows Hello face sign-in. The
software includes Windows 11 Home, with preloaded Microsoft 365 apps and a
30-day trial for Microsoft 365 Family. It also comes with a preloaded Xbox app
and a one-month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Additionally, it features
sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and an ambient color
sensor for adjusting brightness and color. The device is compatible with the
Surface Slim Pen 2, which features integrated storage and wireless charging
when used with the Surface Pro Signature Keyboard. It also supports tactile
signals when used with the Surface Slim Pen 27 and utilizes the Microsoft Pen
Protocol (MPP). Additionally, it's compatible with the Surface Pro Signature
Keyboard and the Surface Pro X Keyboard. The device has a removable solid-state
drive (SSD) with a capacity of 256GB. The device can last up to 16 hours on a
single charge during typical use. It has Intel Iris XE Graphics for graphics
processing, and it has two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4, a headphone jack, a
Surface Connect port, and compatibility with Surface Dial for off-screen
interaction.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
