The Nikon Z50 II Mirrorless Camera with 16-50mm f/2.8 VR Lens Kit is designed for creators who want reliable performance for photos, video, and streaming. It combines fast shooting, flexible controls, and built-in creative tools to help you capture a wide range of subjects with ease.
Color Presets and Custom Looks
Choose from 31 built-in Picture Control presets or create your own. You can also download Cloud Picture Controls and preview results in real time, giving you quick ways to shape your visual style while shooting.
Portrait Tools and Eye Detection
Skin Softening, Portrait Impression Balance, and face and eye detection help produce natural-looking portraits. Background blur adds separation so subjects stand out clearly.
High-Speed Shooting
Capture bursts up to 30 fps with Pre-Release Capture and multi-subject detection autofocus. This helps you record fast action and avoid missing key moments.
Advanced Subject Detection
The camera can detect and track people, animals, birds, and vehicles. Dedicated bird and airplane modes improve accuracy for specialized shooting.
Flexible Shooting Controls
Auto Mode and 16 Scene Modes simplify setup for different subjects. Custom Fn buttons provide quick access to frequently used settings.
4K Video and Stabilization
Record in 4K up to 60p or Full HD at 120p for slow motion. Optical VR and electronic stabilization help reduce shake during handheld recording.
Streaming and Creator Features
Use the USB connection for live streaming or video calls. Product Review Mode shifts focus to objects quickly, while the video self-timer makes solo recording easier.
Vari-Angle Touchscreen and EVF
A bright electronic viewfinder and a vari-angle touchscreen allow flexible framing from multiple angles and intuitive touch control.
