Nikon Care+ 3 Year Extended Warranty for Mirrorless and DSLR Cameras gives eligible Nikon camera owners added service coverage for a high value camera purchase in the $5,001 to $6,000 tier. This plan is made for one eligible Nikon Mirrorless, DSLR or Coolpix camera and supports shoppers who want Nikon backed service support beyond the basic purchase decision.
Coverage for Only One Eligible Camera
This Nikon Care+ plan applies to one eligible Nikon camera and should be selected according to the camera category and declared product value tier. It is a practical add on for photographers purchasing a qualifying camera who want a matching 3 year service plan for that camera.
Nikon Care+ Service Support
Nikon Care+ plans provide additional service for eligible products during 3 year coverage period and run concurrently with the one year limited warranty. Nikon Care+ coverage also includes free two-way shipping within the U.S. for covered service and repairs, with a prepaid shipping label provided when the product needs to be sent to a Nikon repair center.
Automatic Activation and Transferable Coverage
Nikon Care+ is automatically activated based on the purchase channel, so no separate activation step is required. Nikon Care+ plans are transferable at no additional cost. This plan is currently offered in the USA only and covers a single eligible Nikon product, so each camera requires its own plan.
Trusted Service
All service performed by Nikon's authorized repair centers using authentic Nikon parts. This service comes with mechanical and electronic failure coverage, including damage caused by power surges.
Replacement Available
Complimentary replacement of any product determined to be unrepairable is included in this extended warranty. If a product needs more than three repairs for the same problem, it will be replaced.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
