This plan is intended for an eligible Nikon kit purchase and should be matched to the product category, plan term, and coverage amount shown on the sales receipt or coverage documentation.
Nikon Authorized Service
Nikon Care service is performed through authorized repair centers with Nikon service support. Coverage includes service for covered mechanical and electronic failures, including damage caused by power surges when the applicable terms are met.
2-Year Coverage with U.S. Shipping Support
Nikon Care offers multiyear coverage options and this plan provides a 2 year term for the matching eligible kit tier. Nikon Care includes free two way shipping within the U.S. for covered service and repairs.
Automatic Activation and Transferable Coverage
Nikon Care is automatically activated based on the purchase channel, so no separate activation step is required. Nikon Care plans are transferable at no additional cost. This plan is currently offered in the USA only and covers a single eligible Nikon product, so each Nikon kit requires its own plan.
Replacement Available
Complimentary replacement of any product determined to be unrepairable is included in this extended warranty. If a product needs more than three repairs for the same problem, it will be replaced.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
