The RED Digital Cinema KOMODO-X Z Mount Power Zoom Pack brings together a compact 6K cinema camera platform and a broad range of power zoom lenses for productions that need fast reframing, professional recording options, and a streamlined Nikon Z Mount workflow. The camera combines a 19.9 MP Super 35 global shutter CMOS sensor with 6144 x 3240 effective pixels and REDCODE RAW recording for flexible acquisition.
KOMODO-X Z Mount Cinema Camera
KOMODO-X records up to 80 fps at 6K 17:9, 120 fps at 4K 17:9, and 240 fps at 2K 17:9. Its global shutter captures the entire sensor frame simultaneously, helping prevent the motion distortion associated with rolling shutter capture. A reinforced locking Nikon Z mount provides electronic communication with compatible lenses and supports features including smooth iris control, customizable lens response, and adjustable autofocus speeds. Recording uses CFexpress Type B media with data rates up to 560 MB/s.
NIKKOR Z 28-135mm f/4 PZ Power Zoom Lens
The NIKKOR Z 28-135mm f/4 PZ covers wide through telephoto framing while maintaining a constant f/4 maximum aperture. Its internal zoom mechanism keeps the physical lens length constant during zooming and minimizes changes to the center of gravity. A customizable rocker-style power zoom control provides 11 selectable zoom speeds, while internal focusing and a stepping motor support smooth video operation. The lens accepts 95 mm filters and uses a 9-blade rounded diaphragm.

The aluminum alloy KOMODO-X body measures 5.1 x 4 x 3.8 inches and weighs 2.62 pounds without the body cap or CFexpress card. An integrated 2.9-inch touchscreen provides image preview and camera control, while Wi-Fi and USB Type-C connectivity support remote control, preview, and media offloading. Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
