The RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC3 Adapter A connects a RED Compact EVF or DSMC2 RED EVF OLED to compatible V-RAPTOR, V-RAPTOR XL, and KOMODO-X cinema cameras. It creates a top-mounted interface for EVF power, video, and control while keeping useful mounting space available for camera rig accessories.
EVF Power, Video, and Control
A 16-pin 1B LEMO socket carries power, video, and control between the camera and supported EVF. This lets an operator integrate a RED Compact EVF or DSMC2 RED EVF OLED into a compatible camera build through one dedicated adapter connection.
Camera and Accessory Integration
The aluminum adapter mounts to the camera with two captive 1/4 inch 20 screws. Two additional 1/4 inch 20 mounting points and the run stop trigger pass-through support V-RAPTOR Compact Top Handles and compatible third-party accessories. The body measures 5.2 inches long, 1.42 inches wide, and 1.30 inches high, with a weight of 0.25 pounds.
Use the DSMC3 Adapter A only with KOMODO-X, V-RAPTOR, and V-RAPTOR XL camera models. It is not compatible with the DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0-inch LCD or the KOMODO Outrigger Handle. Attach or remove the adapter only while camera power is off.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
