The RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0 Inch LCD brings a large, bright control display directly to compatible RED camera rigs. Its 1920 x 1200 panel reaches 1300 nits and covers 100 percent of the DCI P3 color gamut, giving camera operators a detailed view for framing, exposure checks, and image review in daylight conditions. A 1250:1 contrast ratio and 322 pixels per inch add clarity when evaluating the image.
Touch Control for Camera Operation
The capacitive Multi Touch interface provides camera control through PageOS. Monitoring tools include Waveform, Vectorscope, Histogram, False Color, Color Picker, and Pixel Zoom. The display refreshes at 60 hertz and supports 10-bit color depth, helping keep essential monitoring information available from the camera top position.
Direct Mount or Locking Cable Connection
Latest generation pogo pins can provide power and video to the monitor through a direct camera connection. When a different setup is required, the locking DSMC3 RMI cable carries video, power, and communication. The removable tilt arm rotates 180 degrees, allowing the screen position to adapt to changing camera angles and operator positions.
