Give your V-RAPTOR camera more places to mount the accessories you use on set. The RED Digital Cinema V-RAPTOR Side Ribs add structured side mounting without changing the camera body. Each rib provides several points plus a rosette mounting point, helping you position grips, support hardware, and other compatible peripherals around your rig.
More Mounting Choices at Each Side
Each rib has three 3/8-16 mounting points, one 1/4-20 mounting point, one 1/4-20 pass-through to the camera body, and one rosette mounting point. This mix gives camera crews more flexibility when building different V-RAPTOR configurations.
7075 Aluminum Construction
The ribs are made from 7075 aluminum for a durable structure suited to production use. Each rib measures 133 mm high, 51.5 mm wide, and 42.6 mm deep, giving crews exact dimensions for planning clearances around the camera and nearby accessories.
Required V-RAPTOR Mounting Hardware
The V-RAPTOR Top Plate and V-RAPTOR Quick Release Platform Pack are required before the side ribs can mount to the camera. The ribs attach with captive mounting screws to the Top Plate and the Quick Release Platform Arca plate. Once installed, they create additional side mounting positions while keeping the accessory system aligned with RED V-RAPTOR hardware.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
